Ed Panar

I've been looking at Ed Panar's work over and over again for quite a few months now and each time I do I like it even more. For some reason I always got the impression that his images were very small and today I read that his prints are indeed normally very small with the largest size usually being 8x10". I really admire that idea of photographs still serving their purpose as a tangible object; easily accessible and shared and passed. I'm sure his are framed and what-not, but still...you know what I mean...they are not gigantic and overbearing like everything else these days. I still really like the snapshot sensibility in photography.

Shawn Gust

I found today that Shawn Gust has included me in his links on his blog...I'm so flattered. I really enjoy his work.

Andrew Utt

Google has a fascinating way of connecting people. Through a series of work connections, Andrew Utt decided to look up my name on google and found a photo of mine and decided to write to me saying that he liked it and wanted to see more. So, in turn, I looked him up on google and found his website of all of his talents ranging from furniture sculpture to web design. His photography is quite good as well. And he has a shopping cart set up so you can buy affordable Iris(!) prints right from his site of his declaration project of family and other slides. Check it out!
I want to buy this one...

and I love this one...
